All events require a non-refundable $50 deposit to secure your scheduled date and time. The remaining full amount due to be paid 24 hours before the scheduled event. If full payment is not complete by it's due date it will result in the cancellation of your event and your deposit is forfeit.
All payments must be made either by Cheque to Bardic Inspirations RPGs or by e-Transfer to info@bardicinspirationsrpgs.com
All involved in the event, including any and all guests, hosts, onlookers and Dungeon Master must be respectful all parties involved. Any harassment, sexual, verbal, or physical, will not be tolerated. If any parties involved feel uncomfortable with the subject, content, or discussion they are to tell the Dungeon Master immediately so that we can move away from said subject. Any prejudice due to real world politics, race, gender, religion, or sexual orientation will not be tolerated and may result in the offending player being removed from the game.
Continued, or extreme, violation of these terms may result in one or more of the players from being removed, and banned, from all Bardic Inspirations RPGs events. This may also result in the immediate termination of the event by the Dungeon Master
The Dungeon Master will supply a monitor, speaker and laptop required for them to host the event. The client must ensure that the venue has appropriate outlets, and AV connections required. No one but the Dungeon Master is allowed to touch any of their equipment at any time without express permission from the Dungeon Master. Any damage incurred by the violation of these terms will result in the client reimbursing the Dungeon Master for the damaged equipment.
No open food or drinks are allowed near any AV equipment
The client is responsible for securing a venue at their cost that can accommodate the event. This includes table size, noise level, space for all participants and any AV requirements as per the "AV Addon Use" above.
Any food and drinks are NOT are provided by Bardic Inspirations RPGs and are the sole responsibility of the client. The sole exception for this for "Drinking & Dragons Package", where the Dungeon Master will bring or pay their own drinks and/or drinks, as per legal requirements. The Client is NOT required to supply any food or drinks to the Dungeon Master but is appreciated.
As per the AV Add Use requirements above: No open food or drinks are allowed near any AV equipment
